Syedna Qutubkhan Qutubuddin Shaheed (died: 27 Jumadil Akhir 1056 AH/ 1648 AD), Ahmedabad, India) was the 32 nd Da'i al-Mutlaq (Absolute Missionary) of the Dawoodi Bohra sect of Musta‘lī Islam. He succeeded, the 31 st Dai Syedna Kasimkhan Zainuddin Bin Feerkhan, to the religious post.
Syedna Qutubuddin Shaheed became Da'i al-Mutlaq in 1054 AH / 1646AD. His period of Fatemi Dawat was from 1054 -1056 AH ( 1646-1648 AD).

Aurangzeb was appointed suba (Governor) of Gujarat in 1648 A.D By Emperor Shah Jahan...He was accompanied by his orthodox team of staunch Sunni and His Teacher Abdul Qavi who was strong opponent of Shia faith...When these team saw Dawoodi Bohras well established under their leader Syedna Qutub Khan qutbuddin q.r. they feared humiliation of their faith and became so jealous day by day that they bagan to levy charges and started calling them Rafzi...Syedna argued that we are not Rafzi nor our ancestors...instead we follow more sunni principals then any other sunni muslim but they did not listen to him and they recommended Abdul Qavi to prepare a document stating that they are Rafzis..This false document was generated and the seal of Qazi were obtained producing witness of two innocent children of Syedna Qutbuddin..After this Syedna was executed by Shah Baig on the order of Aurangzeb at ground of Karanj in Kalupur In Ahmedabad.
